Subject: Call for Nominations – VP/President Elect Position Reopened
Hello,
We’re reopening nominations for the Vice President/President Elect position at NevPANA, following the withdrawal of our previous nominee.
Are you—or someone you know—a passionate perianesthesia nurse eager to shape best practices and elevate patient outcomes across our profession? If so, we encourage you to nominate yourself or a colleague for this vital leadership role.
Important Note:
Even if you’ve already submitted a Willingness to Serve form, you’ll still need to complete a Nomination Form to be considered. All nominees must be active NevPANA members prior to the election.
Thinking about running but feeling unsure?
Don’t worry—you’re not expected to know everything from day one. Our board is here to support and guide you every step of the way. We’re a welcoming, collaborative team (and yes, we promise—we don’t bite!).
Deadline for nominations: August 25, 2025
A special election will be held in early September once nominees are confirmed.
